Life is so busy these days.
We are bombarded with hundreds if not thousands of messages each day telling us what to do, how to feel and what we should be doing.
It gets tiring.
But, take a moment and stop.
Ask yourself this question:
What do I want?
How can I achieve what I want?
Whether we like it or not, our finances are linked to achieving what we want in life.
Unfortunately, money doesn’t grow on trees.
Having a plan – a Financial Plan – can be the first step in achieving what we want.
However, no one wakes up and says ‘today is going to be the day I put together a Financial Plan’.
You are more likely to be like John and Belinda.
They spent more money than they earned each month.
Didn’t know when their mortgage would be paid off.
Were not sure if they were paying for the right insurances.
And had no idea how much they needed for retirement.
In speaking with them, we broke down their plan into four areas:
- Cash flow
- Mortgage Repayment
- Personal Protection
- Retirement
We then went about putting a plan in place for each of these based on where they are now and where they want to get to.
They could then implement these plans one at a time, seeing the difference each made in their life.
Easy and simple.
You might not need all of these plans right now.
You might just need one specific areas planned out.
But at least now you can look at putting a plan in place.
And this is the first step to achieving what you want.
